Refund & cancellation
This policy covers deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for Apienginepoint engagements related to privacy-first analytics implementation and supporting work.
Eligibility overview
Refunds depend on engagement type, how much work has started, and whether a deposit reserved calendar time. Physical products are not sold on this site; these rules apply to professional services only.
Fixed-scope projects (implementation & audits)
A 40% deposit typically reserves the start date. If you cancel more than 10 business days before the agreed start, the deposit is refundable minus a THB 3,000 administration fee. Cancellations inside 10 business days forfeit the deposit because preparation and calendar holds have begun. After work starts, fees for completed phases are non-refundable; unused future phases may be partially refunded at our discretion based on documented progress.
Workshops
Workshop fees paid in full are refundable if you cancel at least 5 business days before the session. Inside 5 business days, you may reschedule once within 60 days; otherwise the fee is non-refundable. No-shows without notice are non-refundable.
Stewardship retainers
Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance. Unused hours in a month do not roll over unless agreed in writing. You may cancel with 30 days’ notice after the initial three-month commitment; prepaid time already in progress is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Client-requested reschedules with at least 5 business days’ notice are accommodated when capacity allows. Repeated reschedules may require a new deposit. If Apienginepoint must reschedule, we offer a new date or a full refund of amounts paid for the delayed segment.
Work already started & materials
Draft taxonomies, audit notes, and other work products produced before cancellation remain billable for the effort incurred. We do not charge for third-party software licenses we do not purchase on your behalf. If you purchase tools independently, those costs sit outside this refund policy.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of written approval. Bank transfer fees charged by intermediaries are deducted when applicable.
How to request a refund
Email hello@apienginepoint.digital with your invoice number, engagement name, and reason. Include 022587922 contact preference if you want a call. We confirm eligibility in writing before processing.
Exceptions
Statutory rights under Thai consumer or contract law that cannot be waived remain available. Engagement contracts may set additional terms that prevail for that project when signed by both parties.
