Services described

Pages describing engagements, rates, and timelines are informational. A binding statement of work or invoice confirmation is required before paid work begins. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice regarding Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act or other privacy statutes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apienginepoint Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on general informational content. For paid engagements, liability limits and remedies are stated in the applicable contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless a separate engagement contract specifies otherwise.
