Terms of use
Last updated: 11 August 2026
These terms govern your use of apienginepoint.digital and any discovery conversations or paid engagements with Apienginepoint for KPI scorecard analytics services. By using this site you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Apienginepoint operates from Ratchadaphisek Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok, 10900, Thailand. Contact: hello@apienginepoint.digital · 029 381 546.
Services described on this site
Service descriptions and prices are informational. A binding engagement exists only after both parties accept a written scope of work and fee. We provide consulting, workshops, facilitation, and related documentation—not software licences, hosted analytics platforms, or payment processing through this website.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content through forms.
Intellectual property
Site content belongs to Apienginepoint or its licensors. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement’s statement of work. Workshop materials remain our templates unless otherwise agreed; your confidential business data remains yours.
No professional guarantee
Scorecard design and facilitation improve clarity of decision rituals. They do not guarantee business outcomes, funding results, or regulatory compliance. You remain responsible for decisions made using any scorecard.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Apienginepoint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. For paid work, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
