Client stories

Evidence from real engagements—specific constraints, mild reservations included, and outcomes tied to privacy-first analytics work rather than generic praise.

“The taxonomy workshop forced us to drop three properties that were quietly capturing free-text support messages. Setup took longer than our original two-week hope, yet the staging checks caught consent gaps we would have shipped.”

Nalinee S. · Product lead, consumer finance app · Event taxonomy workshop

“Apienginepoint rebuilt our first-party collection after a vendor change and left a handover guide our Android engineer still opens before each release. We finally trust onboarding funnel numbers enough to cut two unused screens.”

Marco T. · Growth manager, travel booking app · Privacy-first analytics implementation

“Their measurement privacy audit was blunt about early-launch tracking we had inherited. Not every finding felt urgent, but the prioritized list made it obvious what to fix before our policy update.”

Pranee W. · Operations director, health coaching app · Measurement privacy audit

“The stewardship retainer keeps taxonomy changes from becoming Slack archaeology. When we add a seasonal campaign, someone reviews the event names against our do-not-collect list within the same sprint.”

Extended project notes

Rebuilding measurement for a Bangkok marketplace app

A marketplace team approached us after three internal dashboards disagreed on seller activation. We started with a measurement privacy audit, then moved into a privacy-first implementation focused on listing creation, first sale, and consent-gated marketing events.

Over five weeks we replaced inherited SDK defaults with a documented event dictionary, delayed optional collection until after the consent prompt, and trained the product trio on the change protocol. Activation reporting stabilized enough for the team to retire one conflicting spreadsheet.

Preparing a wellness app for a policy rewrite

Before counsel published a new privacy notice, the wellness product team asked for an audit of analytics properties that might contain health-adjacent context.

We flagged free-text fields and overly granular timestamps, proposed coarser alternatives, and produced a short appendix the legal team could cite. Implementation of the fixes followed as a separate scoped engagement.
